But sometimes it might feel overwhelming and even a little out of reach.

I understand. I'm walking this path too.

I'm Gerda — and I'm here because I believe that caring for your family's health doesn't have to mean chasing someone else's perfect method, drowning in conflicting information, or feeling guilty about what you haven't done yet.

I teach principles instead of rigid rules — helping women nourish their families well, from what comes through the kitchen door to how it's prepared, fermented, baked, and served. And giving them the confidence to read what their family's bodies are telling them, ask the right questions before reaching for a quick fix, and respond wisely when something needs attention.

No overwhelming protocols. No guilt about not doing enough. No pretending this is simple when it isn't — or harder than it needs to be.

What I bring to this: over thirty years as a registered nurse and healthcare educator, a Master's in Leadership, coach training, and years of learning traditional food practices myself — sourdough with fresh-milled grains, fermentation, foraging, and the kind of foundational health thinking that actually changes how a household runs over time. I'm still learning. I'll tell you when I am.

This is a place for women who want to do this well — not perfectly, not all at once, but seriously and sustainably.
